I saw last Friday an announcement that we could request screening passes for this movie starting June 16, 2008. I opened this site early this morning, and the movie is already sold out. Can you explain what is the deal here? |

| You need to try the night before.
|
| They start offering them the night before the posted date. Not sure if they are using EST because the time varies. Check the night before for the exact time you can TRY. I emphasize TRY because it's getting nearly impossible to get tickets anymore because the demand is too great for their limited ticket supply. |

| Also, tickets are provided to FilmMetro with exact instructions from the studio representative. There are times when information or scheduling will change, thus making the information on the site change. Its just the way screenings work. Your best bet is to continually watch the site.

| At 12:15am it was "Sold OUT"!

| Don't feel bad I got up at 12:15am and it was "Sold Out"! I have yet to get a single free ticket from here! Due to the demand, there should be a limit to both the quantity (4 max) and limit it so if you got tickets for lets say this movie then you would be barred from getting tickets for the next movie thats offered and then allowed for the next or have a 24hour delay! A friend who works at the theater in Tampa told me about this site, and he said the same group of people come to almost every free showing! But hey its free tickets, unless they are hacking this site, you just have to be faster and/or get up earlier! (mmm oh! wait I did that already, ah well poop!)

| either get rid of the countdown and you get only one -- maybe it will go further and please more of us that frequent the site... I got up very early as well -- BECAUSE I WAS EXCITED THAT CHARLOTTE FINALLY GOT ON THE SCREENING LIST !!! -- but wasted ... there are a lot of screeners in Charlotte -- how about keeoing us in mind more !!! |
