It's nice to finally have a website manager that's not afraid of being honest with people. When I read some of these posts, I'm glad they don't get the passes because most likely they'll complain while at the screening!

I am having a hard time understanding how a couple hundred tickets can disappear in 1 second. This is the 2nd time I was there within 2 to 3 seconds and the tickets were already gone. How is that possible? I understand popular shows going fast, that's why I don't wait for the morning. But, what do you suggest I do to get a ticket? I literally wait for the exact time change. I click on the link right at the stroke of 12:00 and it says sold out! I really don't like to complain and I'm willing to learn. Please explain this to me. I've tried going just before 12:00 and it says available in 1 minute. Then at 12:00 it says sold out. Thanks for your understanding and help.
